The lower level of the villa houses a guesthouse with two separate entrances, ensuring privacy, and an interior door that can be locked if desired for added separation. Both guesthouses have equipped kitchenettes and bathrooms, accommodating a total of four people. One bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the other provides two single built-in beds.

The outdoor area on the pool level offers endless views of the surrounding islands, and the newly installed pool includes a relaxing jacuzzi.
